Meet Your Practitioner
Hello, I'm Maha Salman.
The nutritional therapy I offer, through evidence-based research, aims to help restore and rebalance your body. I look forward to becoming a part of your journey to vitality and health, and I promise to fulfil your goals.
I’ve undergone extensive training in areas such as gut health, female health, menopause, and appetite retraining – check my accreditation page. I’m also trained in nutrigenomics , which allows me to tailor dietary choices and lifestyle recommendations to individual genetic profiles.
I am also part of a supportive practitioner group led by a UK-based pharmacist and nutritional therapist, Deborah Grayson, offering training courses for continuing professional development (CPD) as well as support as an expert in the field of drug interactions with other drugs, food and even supplements.
I have co-authored a book chapter called “Connections Between Micronutrients, Cerebral Monoamines and Related Brain Disorders” in W. Mohamed, T. Yamashita (eds.), Role of Micronutrients in Brain Health, Nutritional Neurosciences, https://doi.org/10.1007/978-981-16-6467-0_11
In my spare time, I enjoy Pilates, strength training, and long walks, always striving to maintain balance in my life. My mission is to empower my clients through education and support, helping them understand their bodies’ needs and achieve their health goals
